"I have been with Wahl since 2015 and have the opportunity to gain experience in many areas as my career progresses. I began my career on the Clipper line as a 3rd OP, learning packing processes. After a year, I moved to Rotary, mastering various jobs. In 2018, I became a Line Lead, collaborating with engineers and performing quality coaching. I advanced to Team Lead CI in 2021, focusing on continuous improvement. COVID-19 led to my role changing to CI Specialist in 2022. By 2024, I was part of the WOS Coordination team, promoting lean manufacturing from the production floor outward. I am confident that I will have many more opportunities in the future as I grow my career."

"Over the past 8+ years at Wahl, I have embarked on a remarkable professional journey, beginning as a Far East strategic initiatives manager. During this time, I have gained invaluable experience in the APAC region. Currently my role is of Corporate Program Manager, focusing on process improvement and program management. My role has allowed me to tackle complex problems and lead teams, which has been incredibly rewarding. The unwavering support from Wahl's leadership and my peers has been instrumental in my growth. I am excited to continue my development and contribute to future projects."
